A hospital required a grant of probate in order to release the medical notes. We refused and argued that they should disclose them regardless. They subsequently consented, and the cost of obtaining probate was avoided for the client.

Our client, Ms G found herself stuck in a dispute over an estate left in the will of her late father.  The issue was resolved without the need for court proceedings; the property was sold and divided amicably.
